Still have questions?01 What are the check-in and check-out times? Can I request an early or late stay?
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you're arriving earlier or need to leave later, just let us know in advance — we'll do our best to accommodate. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a small fee (50% of room charge). For guests with long-haul flights, we offer complimentary luggage storage and access to our lounge while your room is being prepared.
02 Is there an airport shuttle service?
We do provide airport shuttle service for an additional fee. You can request it directly after booking your stay.
03 Do you provide daily complimentary yoga?
Yes — we offer a complimentary yoga session exclusively for in-house guests, held every morning from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The session is available on request, so we recommend letting our front desk know the evening before so we can reserve your spot and have your mat ready.
04 Do any of the rooms have a balcony?
Our rooms do not have private balconies — however, they have big windows from where you can enjoy the city view.
05 Can I store my luggage?
Yes, we offer luggage storage free of charge for guests with a room reservation. The hotel reserves the right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.
